I'm sure that the stockholders will respond well to the upcoming crash in profits at Accenture. When did the Business schools drop teaching that the first and most prominent responsibility of management is return on investment? Kowtowing to employees, "stakeholders" and other entities who have no interest in the profitability of the company is gross neglect of duties. It's all very nice to be woke, civic-minded, and a responsible member of the community but those are all secondary goals and way down the list.
Not that my meager investments make any difference, I check the corporate policies of companies that I invest in because I'm in it to profit not to save the world. I can only hope that more investors follow suit.
