First, the current mania about diversity, equity and inclusion has produced one unfortunate consequence. Giving people credentials they did not earn and jobs they cannot do is coupled with a strict prohibition against stating the obvious. In other words, the DEI regime is coupled with censorship.
So poor Justice Sotomayor is fatigued from all that heavy lifting she's been doing. I guess she doesn't employ a dozen or so law clerks at any given time who are responsible for doing all her research. Of course, if her clerks are as much AA hires as she was, they probably aren't much help. I might note, nevertheless that it is always fatiguing to attempt to compete with people who are superior, whether that competition is physical, as in sports or intellectual, as in business or academia. As I recall, experiencing fatigue was a popular meme or theme among blacks a while back, when dozens, if not hundreds of black Twitter/TikTok users demanded the right to nap because they suffered from all collective, generational fatigue resulting from their distant ancestor's slavery. In an equally strange development, it turns out tht dumping billions of dollars into a failed education system does nothing to raise the intellectual level of genetically unqualified students. Hmmmm. I thought dumping money into other failing things always results in a gratifying ending, like all the money that has been and is being dumped into the campaign of Nimrata Randhawa Haley. We've been assured her election is only a matter of time.
