About that trisomy 18 issue, I thought you and your readers shoule understand that the current narrative is quite incomplete. "Megan Hayes, oldest known individual in the US (2nd oldest in the world) with Full Trisomy 18 has recently turned 40 years old. A longtime member of SOFT, Megan lives with her parents Ron and Sara Hayes in Oklahoma City, OK." https://trisomy.org/about-us/history/

Admittedly, this is a generally fatal condition and yes, it is a tragedy when it occurs, but should it be a reason to intentionally snuff out the life of its victim? Who can say whether the child in question might be another Megan Hayes? Or have we reached the point where we accept the killing of babies, the elderly and any others who are deemed somehow not worthy of a chance at living and not strong enough to register a protest? My heart goes out to all the people involved in the situation, but I am not prepared to green light the intentional taking of human life because some doctor says it is preferable to the alternative. And it is regrettable that Ms. Coulter, who has never carried a baby and in all likelihood never will, has seen fit to opine on this subject. I wish she would retrain her urge to exercise her gift for polemicism. When she says that trisomy 18 is not compatable with life, one might agree with her, but add that life itself is ultimately not compatable with life, inasmuch as death is always the outcome.

Regarding feminists defending trans men, I saw a very poignant comment on some Irish website. I wish I could credit the author but there was no attribution. I have posted this on several websites and I would love to see it become a mantra for the sane among us: "if you want to dress up and pretend you're a woman, that's your business. If you want me to pretend you're a woman, that's my business."
